Streemster Terms of Use

Effective Date: July 14, 2025

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Streemster.com (the "Site"), operated by Zovolt Ltd (company number 08249041), registered at 16 South Street, Leominster, HR6 8JB, UK. They form part of the Streemster User Agreement, alongside our Streemster Rules, Terms of Sale, Privacy Policy, and Intellectual Property Policy. You must be 18+ to use the Site. 1. Your Use of the Site

Access

You have a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Site for lawful purposes, like browsing, purchasing, or posting as a Customer.

Prohibited Actions

You may not:

Use bots, scrapers, or spiders to access/copy content without our consent.
Hack, mine passwords, or breach Site security.
Probe/test Site vulnerabilities.
Impersonate others or use unauthorized accounts.
Overload infrastructure (e.g., DDoS attacks).
Use the Site illegally or infringe rights.

Content Restrictions

Posted content must follow our Streemster Rules.

Changes

We may modify terms, features, or suspend access. Continued use after changes means acceptance.

2. Accounts and Security

Eligibility

18+ with age verification at signup.

Responsibilities

Provide accurate, current information. Inaccurate details may restrict access.
Secure your Streemster ID/password. Report breaches to [email protected].
You are liable for all account activities, including unauthorized use due to negligence.

Prohibited Use

No unauthorized account use. We are not liable for losses from your failure to secure your account.

Termination

Close your account via Account Settings. We may suspend/terminate for violations, legal requests, or technical issues, with notice where feasible.

3. Content Ownership

Our Content

Site content (e.g., text, logos, code) is owned/licensed by Zovolt Ltd, protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Do not copy/reproduce without consent, except personal use or approved promotion (request via [email protected]).

Your Content

You own posted content (e.g., comments, Goods) but grant us a license per our Intellectual Property Policy. License ends upon deletion, except for legal/backups.

Feedback

Feedback is non-confidential unless specified via [email protected]. We may use it freely.

4. Purchases and Payments

Goods: Purchase per Terms of Sale. Future subscriptions, when available, will be updated.
Payments: Processed via PCI DSS-compliant providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). See FAQ.
Roles: Customers buy; We facilitate but do not guarantee Creator content/delivery.

5. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy governs data collection, use, and rights (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). We encrypt sensitive data but are not liable for third-party interceptions beyond our control.

6. Third-Party Links

Links to third-party sites (e.g., payment providers) are not controlled/endorsed by us. Use at your risk.

7. Disclaimers

As-Is: Site/content provided "as-is" without warranties of accuracy, availability, or fitness.
No Guarantees: No assurance of error-free, virus-free operation or specific needs met.
EU/UK Consumers: Statutory rights unaffected.
Content Accuracy: No warranty for Site or third-party content accuracy.

8. Limitation of Liability

All Users: No liability for indirect, consequential, or economic losses (e.g., lost profits, data loss).
Non-EU/UK Consumers: Liability capped at $50 per claim, except fraud.
EU/UK Consumers: Statutory rights apply.
Creators: Primarily liable for Goods. We facilitate disputes but are not liable unless at fault.
Third Parties: No liability for third-party actions (e.g., users, providers).

9. Indemnity

Indemnify Zovolt Ltd, its officers, employees, and affiliates from costs, claims, or expenses due to:

Breach of terms or laws.
Site misuse, including infringing/illegal content.
Acts/neglect by your agents/customers.
Claims from Goods use.

10. Violation and Enforcement

Data Disclosure

We may disclose data for legal compliance, term enforcement, or safety.

Actions

Violations may lead to content removal, suspension, or legal action. We may block access without notice for:

Breaches.
Legal requests.
Technical/security issues.
Account deletion requests.

Reporting

Report violations to [email protected].

Remedies

You cover our legal fees/costs for violation-related actions.

11. Dispute Resolution

Complaints: Via support ticket or [email protected].
Mediation: Unresolved disputes may go to mediation within 30 days.
Litigation: England/Wales law applies, except for EU/UK Consumers. EU/UK Consumers use local courts or EU ODR. Non-purchase claims within 1 year.
Costs: Prevailing party recovers reasonable legal fees.

12. Miscellaneous

Geographic Limits: Features may vary globally. Non-EU/UK/North America access is at your risk.
Severability: Invalid terms modified; others enforceable.
No Waiver: Non-enforcement does not waive rights.
Communication: Emails are binding. Follow up via support ticket.
Force Majeure: No liability for uncontrollable delays.
No Third-Party Rights: Only you/us benefit, except affiliates.
Entire Agreement: Terms and policies supersede prior agreements.
Language: English version prevails.
