Streemster Intellectual Property Policy

This Intellectual Property Policy governs content on Streemster.com, operated by Zovolt Ltd (company number 08249041), registered at 16 South Street, Leominster, HR6 8JB, UK. It forms part of the Streemster User Agreement, alongside our Streemster Rules, Terms of Use, Terms of Sale, and Privacy Policy. Questions? Contact [email protected].

1. Ownership and Rights

Streemster Content: Text, graphics, logos, code, and designs on the Site are owned/licensed by Zovolt Ltd, protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other laws. Do not copy/reproduce without consent, except personal use or approved promotion (request via [email protected]).
Content: Creators own their Goods/content (e.g., videos, artwork) but grant Zovolt Ltd a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, store, reproduce, and promote it on Streemster. License ends upon deletion, except for legal/backups.
Customer Content: Customers own posted content (e.g., comments) with the same license to Zovolt Ltd.
Feedback: Feedback is non-confidential unless specified via [email protected]. We may use it freely.

2. Usage Restrictions

Prohibited Actions: Do not:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute Streemster/user content without permission.
- Post infringing content (e.g., copyrights, trademarks).
- Use Streemster logos/trademarks implying endorsement without consent.
Adult Content: Premium adult content must comply with our Streemster Rules and 18 U.S.C. 2257 Statement.

3. Reporting Infringements

Copyright Violations:
- Submit DMCA notices for US infringements to [email protected], including:
  - Name, address, contact phone number, email address.
  - Links to physical or digital locations.
- Counter-notices accepted per DMCA process.
- Support: [email protected].
Trademark: Report misuse with mark details, ownership proof, and infringement to [email protected].
Other: Report trade secrets/patents with evidence.
Actions:
- Investigate within 7–14 days; may remove content/suspend accounts.
- Notify users by email.
- Frivolous claims may incur costs.

4. Enforcement

Actions: Remove content, suspend accounts for violations.
Notifications: Email notifications sent.
Compliance: Adheres to US (DMCA), UK/EU laws.
Appeals: Within 14 days via [email protected].
