Streemster connects fans (Customers) with creators through purchases of digital or physical Goods. We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and safeguard your data. We collect information to provide and improve Streemster's services, tailored to your role as an account holder, Customer, or Creator. All users must be 18+ with age verification at signup.
1.1 Information You Provide
All Accounts:
- Required: Email address, username, password.
- Optional: Profile details (e.g., location, social media links, about section), comments, or messages submitted via Streemster.
Customers (users purchasing Goods):
- Payment details (via PCI DSS-compliant providers like Stripe or PayPal), including a token representing your account, card type, expiration date, last four digits, and, if provided, name and email.
- Creator support details: Creators you support, purchase amounts, rewards selected, and frequency.
- Shipping information (e.g., name, address, phone number) for physical rewards.
1.2 Information We Collect Automatically
- Usage Data: Pages visited, links clicked, search terms, user interactions, referring sites.
- Device Data: Device type, operating system, browser type, IP address, device ID.
- Location: Derived from your IP address or provided shipping details.
- Analytics: Collected via third-party providers (e.g., Google Analytics) to understand usage trends.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to operate Streemster, enhance your experience, and comply with legal obligations. We never sell your personal data. Our uses include:
- Providing services: Enabling account access, purchases.

3.1 With Creators (for Customers)
If you support a Creator, they receive:

- Messages sent via Streemster.
- Shipping details (e.g., name, address, phone number) for physical rewards.
- Pledge details (e.g., amount, start date, rewards), excluding full payment card information.
3.2 With Third Parties
- Service Providers: Contracted partners (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Google Analytics, email services) access data to process payments, analyze trends, or manage communications. They are bound by confidentiality and data protection agreements.
- Reward Delivery: With consent, we share data with selected providers to fulfill rewards (e.g., shipping companies).
- Legal Compliance: We may disclose data to comply with laws, regulations, or legal processes (e.g., subpoenas, tax authorities). We'll notify you by email unless prohibited.

4.2 GDPR Rights (EU/UK Residents)

- Two-Factor Authentication: Optional for security.
- Access Controls: Limited to authorized personnel.

- Your Role: Use a strong, unique password and enable two-factor authentication.
